IIIT Kota - Indian Institute of Information Technology

IIIT Kota is a cooperative enterprise of the Government of Rajasthan and MHRD (Ministry of Human Resource Development) in a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) manner. IIIT Kota is initially mentored by the Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT Jaipur). The institution offers courses in UG, PG and PhD level. For admission to the programme it accepts National entrance exams.

Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore started the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 registration on Aug 30. GATE application form 2024 is available online at the exam official website. Aspirants can visit the website to apply. Yes,  JEE Main 2024 dates for admission to IIIT Kota are out now but the dates are tentative. It is expected that JEE Main 2024 notification will be released in the first week of December. NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2024 exam in two sessions in January and April. The exact date of the exam for both sessions will be announced in the notification. IIIT Kota offers UG, PG and PhD course in various specialisations. BTech is the flagship course offered by the Institution. IIIT Kota offers a four-year BTech programme in two specialisations in full-time mode. These include Computer Science Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. IIIT Kota admission to the flagship BTech course is completely entrance-based. Interested candidates are required to apply and appear for JEE Main.

IIIT Kota BTech doesn't come free of course. Candidates have to submit a minimum fee of INR 6.8 lakh, after completing all the admission procedure. The above mentioned fee is only the tuition fee. Also candidates have to appear for the JEE Main exam where an applictaion fee is mandate to submit. IIIT Kota offers BTech in two specialisation i.e. Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering. The seat intake for BTech CSE is 90, which is less than CE whose seat intake is 180.

IIIT Kota offers BTech programme in two specialisations : Electronics & Communication Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering. The cutoff score for BTech CSE for the year 2023 is 27979. 23619 and 22155 was the Cutoff score for the year 2021 and 2022 repectively. As seen from cutoffs score of the past two years we can conclude that competition for the BTsch CSE score has rose higher compare to the proevious two year.
