IIT JAM 2026 cutoff for IIT Kharagpur will released after each round of counselling process. Last year, IIT Kharagpur offered admission to Joint M.Sc PhD courses to JAM rank between 11 to 6700. GEN category students had to obtained JAM rank between 11 to 528 for admission.

IIT Kharagpur offers Merit-Cum-Means (MCM) scholarships to students pursuing B.Tech, Dual Degree, B.Arch, Integrated M.Sc., and BS. These scholarships provide tuition fee exemption up to 25% of students every year. A student needs to meet merit and financial criteria with a minimum GPA of 7.00 for renewal. 

Aspirants must pass First class or equivalent LLB/ BL (5 years) or LLB/ BL (3 years) from a any recognised university with Bachelor's degree (not less than 3 years) in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA to apply for LLM programme at IIT Kharagpur.
