SIHM Orissa can be considered a Tier 2 institute for hospitality education. While it offers quality programs and has a decent placement record, it does not seem to be on par with top-tier institutes like SIHM Durgapur or IIHM Kolkata and Delhi in terms of average salaries and the number of top recruiters participating in campus placements.
