In order to secure admission, all international applicants must fulfill certain Florida Atlantic University requirements listed below:

With the 32 percentile, there is no possibility to get into government colleges, as the cut-off for government colleges is very high for B.Tech. For government colleges, the cut-off generally starts with the 90+ percentile in JEE. The starting rank for admission to government engineering colleges is between 1000-10,000 depending on the reputation of the college.
Even with SC/ST/OBC quota the possibility is less. So, you may try to get admission to private colleges.
