It's good that you are interested in JEE Mains and advance exam at this age, probably you are in 9th or 10th. If you ask me ( dummy/regular) what is good for individual, I will say both are equally good, it is you who, what is good for you. In dummy inst. Hello Armlink, you had scored 63% in the 12th board and still where able to appear for JEE Advanced this year. This was because of the special concession given due to pandemic that started in the month of march. Due to this the criteria of minimum of 75% was waived off. Whether this will continue next year or not is a matter of conjecture. At present no one can say anything with certainty. Whatever anybody says is as per the perception of that person. You will need to wait till next year to know what is going to happen. Best wishes to you.

Based on the JEE Advanced marks. Your expected AIR is between 45086-50838. So you can not get any IIT at this rank.

The admission in NSUT Delhi are based on JEE Main only. So the JEE Main ranks are good enough for getting admission here. The result of first round of counselling has been declared on 16.10.2020. And the JEE Main cutoff rank of Delhi based general candidate is 7174 for B.Tech IT.
