Based on the individual subjects, here is what you should do and where you can focus upon a bit more:
Physical Chemistry: Remember the formulae and practise the questions. Focus: Thermodynamics.
Inorganic Chemistry: Do a little bit of reading from the start so you are in touch with it constantly. Focus: Analytical Chemistry.
Organic Chemistry: It also demands constant and regular efforts. Focus: Reaction Mechanisms.
Mathematics: Make a chart of all the formulae. Practice a great deal. Remember 3 Ts: Tips, Tricks and Techniques for each topic. Focus: Calculus.
Physics: Remember the concepts and practise the questions. Focus: Mechanics.
Tips for preparing for JEE Advanced 2018:
You must understand that there is no such thing as an important topic. All topics are important, questions can be set from any topic. You just have to do your best. Since you have time, don't leave any topic unattended.
While practising, highlight the questions which you find tricky and conceptual for future reference. Every day, cover topics from all the three subjects. It helps you to maintain a balance right from the start. Make a schedule which would work on eliminating your weak links and strengthening your strong ones. Try to stick to it.
After topic wise revision, you should start with the test series, online or offline, quite early. As it creates an exam-like environment, you would come to know your mistakes and shortcomings and you can work upon them.
JEE Advanced is all about quality and not quantity. It is better to focus on things and get a better understanding than having a basic idea of all the topics. If you have decided to study for IIT JEE Advanced in 1 year.
Stay motivated:
A major obstacle in the path of your glory of JEE Advanced will be the difficulty to stay motivated throughout. One year is a very long time. Most people usually fall prey to distractions, deviate from the track and lose interest. It is very late by the time they realize a lot of time have been wasted by them and the ball remains no longer in their court. If you are easily distracted, it is advisable to join a coaching centre or enrol for test series.
If you couldn't clear JEE Advanced in the first attempt, take it as a challenge, perhaps your first learning of life. Trust yourself. With hard work everything is possible.

1 and half a year is really a great time to crack JEE if spent in the right way.
There are two parts namely JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.
In mains, the questions are not that tough but they require high conceptual knowledge and solving skills.
The questions are from PCM only based on classes 11th&12th syllabi (NCERT).
First, you can go through the concepts in PCM as they play a major role in any of the exams.
The questions in JEE Mains will be generally easy but you need to master the concepts to be fast in answering as the time is not much.
You can prefer NCERT books for getting conceptual clarity. Then you can prefer TMH (Tata Mc Graw Hill) and Arihant books for PCM concepts as well as problems.
They are really good books for JEE preparation and they provide good quality of exercises for practice.
You can solve as many problems as you can within the time limit so that they will provide you with a better way of preparation for JEE Mains.
For Advanced, you may require coaching as it is not very easy to clear with self-preparation.
You may follow the above tips but you need to go for more advanced concepts.
The previous year papers would help you to know the quality of questions in JEE Advanced and then practice more.
