yes you can give jee main again.'Two' attempts are valid.If you preapare well,you may get in IITs.

Yes ! You may get lucky. So hope for the best.
If you somehow don't qualify (chances are high towards it). Try getting admission in best private colleges like Lovely professional University, MU etc. You still will have good opportunity for career. Best of Luck !

all are good.pace in Delhi are also good. but one thing u have to remember before admission see his previous selection record . also point noted that the institute who takes more fee does not depend or does not matter that there would be good study.
