With the rank that you provided you might not get admission in NITs or IIITs through JoSSA counselling you can go for GFITs. You can go for CSAB counselling where there is good chance that you can get admission in some NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Meghalaya etc. 

The higher (better) the score, the higher are chances of admission. Students from General category must have JEE Mains rank above 10,000 to have high chances. In the last round of JAC Delhi counselling students with a rank ranging between 4810 and 24274 were able to score admission. However, the higher the rank, the less competitive specialisation was offered. This rank range mentioned is for Computer Engineering and Environmental Engineering, respectively. 

IIT Kanpur accepts JEE Advanced and JEE Main scores for admission to BTech. An additional 25% seats are provided for All India Candidates who are admitted through the JEE-Main score. Apart from UG courses like BTech the College of Engineering Pune also provides a wide range of PG and doctoral courses which have their own specified entrance exams through which students can enroll in the desired course.

Admission to BTech at IIT Goa is JEE Advanced based. Candidates seeking admission to BTech cannot get admission to any IIT with only the scores of JEE Main.
