Dear Akanksha Pandey,
Yes, you lay your focus on IIT-JEE. It is too good to start in class 11th. It is proud to see such a woman with a future vision.

No Yash, you have been asking similar queries all along. You have to complete 13 years education either by clearing IIT JEE Advanced or completing the first year of a Bachelor's degree.

IIT is not the only way forward. You can always succeed from nowhere. But IIT helps you grow as an individual. If that is what you really want, drop a year. I personally feel, it is difficult to concentrate and getting through JEE after joining an engineering programme but there are people who have done it earlier. My personal advice would be to drop in case you are that desperate. You need to look at the cost of wasting a year in case you get complacent again. Looking at the other side of it if you get into CU you will mostly get complacent and continue with what you got than going after the bigger dream.
All the best.

We can't predict whether all the state level entrance exams are going to be one (JEE) or not.
But in 2017, many prestigious institutes in India changed their intake system from state-level exams to JEE.
For example, HBTI used to offer admissions through UPTU but from 2017 admission will be based on JEE Mains. S, it is not going to happen in 2018, but in upcoming years there will be only one exam, JEE.

I am definitely sure that you will get admission in NIT. First of all, your score is 200+ and you have SC quota.
So, don't worry.

You would get much more suggestions and ways to prepare for JEE all around the web. Since I have also been through this stage, I would just suggest you what are the don'ts during the preparation:
1. Ncert is the base. If you haven't get through each and every chapter thoroughly. Mark this day as your Day 1 and start preparation.
2. Test series should not be bunked no matter whatever condition takes places during that time. Don't ever miss any test. They may seem hard to you in the beginning and very exhaustive but that's the only real practice and hard work you're doing for the JEE.
3. Go for one book for each subject after Ncert. If you
