Hello Abhishek,
There is not any specific home state rank is given by JEE, your all india rank is only considered for admission, however, you do get some grace in your home state colleges.

Hello Jagdish,
Once you got yourself registered for JoSSA then you need not register for it round wise, if you don't get any seat in the first round then simply wait you may get any seat in 3-4-5-6 rounds.

Hello Arijit,
Well for getting any NITs, you need to score very well in JEE mains, so any score more than 200 marks is considered safe for CSE in any top NITs.

You can go for the state government colleges. You can get NITs in further counselling too. If you don't have any patience then go for DTU counselling, Thapar University or Jaypee.

General - 60%
OBC NCL - 54%
SC/ST/PH - 30%

Admission in IIT -Bhu is done via JEE Advanced score, and you really need to score well to get any branches there, so considering your rank your chances are nil.
