Yes, if you scored 170 then you get admission in IITs so don't worry just prepare for exam. Check the rank in which you get admission in which college:

A pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination.
Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in JEE 2017 on provisional basis. As per recent news, there were no announcement regarding one course for engineering.
So, the chances for MHCET to be happen in 2019 is more.

First and the foremost advice would be to learn all the basics only and only through NCERT. Now, you must have joined any coaching, so just solve the material and never go for the theory part. Follow your notes and have a short note or cheat sheet of each and every chapter. October to December should be devoted just to test series.
Take them very seriously.

Sorry, it is not possible. Your marks are too low. You have to score around 120 marks in JEE in general category to get a good stream.
