No, JEE Main 2024 results are valid only for admission in the 2024 academic session. If you plan to take admission in 2025, you will need to appear for JEE Main 2025 and qualify based on that year's results. Most engineering colleges, including NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, and private institutions, do not accept previous year's JEE scores for admission. JNTUK accepts entrance exam scores of EAMCT or NATA for admission to BArch courses. The university may accept JEE Mains scores. It is one of the prominent entrance examinations for admission to BArch courses in various institutions and colleges. 

JEE Mains score is not required and will not enhance the application in any way. However, a good rank in JEE advance is appreciated. JEE scores are not mandatory but JEE advanced scores are beneficial for students, particularly those applying for the Engineering and Computer Science program.
