As per your JEE Main rank of 29541 in the SC category, you might have a chance of getting admission in some of the colleges that accept JEE Main scores for the CEOP (Common Engineering Option Process). However, admission to CEOP also depends on various factors such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants, the cutoff for the specific college and branch, and other factors. It is difficult to predict your chances of getting admission in CEOP based solely on your JEE Main rank, as the admission process also considers other factors such as your academic performance, category, and state of eligibility. Congratulations to your son on securing 96 percentile in JEE Mains! However, NITs and many other engineering colleges have eligibility criteria that require candidates to have a minimum percentage of marks in their 12th standard board exams. However, there is a relaxation of 5% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories. Since your son has scored 72% marks in his 12th standard board exams, he may not be eligible for admission in

According to the cutoffs for Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology (GJU), Hisar, the cutoff for CSE in 2020 was 80 percentile. However, cutoffs change every year based on various factors such as the number of students who appeared for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, etc. So it is difficult to predict whether you will get admission with an 82 percentile in JEE Mains 2021. I hope this helps. Do you have any other questions?
