The admission in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs are based on the ranks obtained in JEE Main. Your JEE Main marks are not enough to get NITs.

Parul University is a private university in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. It offers admission to Computer Science and Engineering without entrance exams or GUJCET or JEE. However, I could not find any information on the quality of education or placement opportunities for this course at Parul University. I suggest you visit the university website or contact their admission office directly to get more information about the course and its quality of education and placement opportunities.

Based on your JEE Mains percentile and 12th percentage, you can apply for various colleges offering B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering. You can use the JEE Main College Predictor tool to predict colleges that you can get admission in based on your JEE Main Rank/Percentile. You can also check the official websites of the colleges for more information on the admission process, eligibility criteria and more. Admission to IIT Madras for B.Tech CSE is based on the JEE Advanced score. However, there are other ways to get admission to IIT Madras without JEE Advanced score. One way is through the Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA) scheme which is for foreign nationals and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) who wish to pursue undergraduate studies in engineering in India. Another way is through the Lateral Entry Scheme which is for students who have completed their diploma in engineering and wish to pursue a degree in engineering.

It is difficult to predict the chances of getting CSE branch in semi government college with 5 Lacs rank in JEE Mains with SC caste and home state quota in Haryana. However, you can use JEE Main College Predictor tool to predict colleges that you can get admission in based on your JEE Main Rank/ Percentile. Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT), Gandhinagar - 1 to 90
Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat - 100 to 160
Institute of Infrastructure Technology Research and Management (IITRAM), Ahmedabad - 250 to 350
Government Engineering College (GEC), Bhuj - 300 to 400
Vishwakarma Government Engineering College (VGEC), Ahmedabad - 400 to 500
