Based on your JEE Mains rank, it is unlikely that you will get a government college for B.Tech. However, there are many private colleges that accept JEE Main scores and offer admissions through JEE Main ranks. You can also consider state level entrance examinations like COMEDK, SRMJEEE VITEEE MHT CET BITSAT etc. I hope this helps!

I am sorry but I couldn't find any government engineering college in Punjab that offers admission without an entrance exam. However, you can check out the official website of the Punjab Engineering College for more information on their admission process. They have a help desk telephone number and email ID that you can use to contact them for further assistance1.

DTU (Delhi Technological University) is one of the most prestigious engineering colleges in India. According to the information I found, for getting admission and a sure seat in DTU, your JEE Mains general category rank must be under 10000. That means you have to score at least above 99.2 percentile in JEE Mains. For top branches in DTU your JEE Mains rank must be under 2800 rank, or you can say more than 99.8 percentile score. However, since you mentioned that you belong to the SC category, there is a relaxation of 10% of marks for SC/ST category candidates. So, it is possible that you might get admission into DTU with 62 percentile i

Admission to BIT Sindri for engineering programs is based on the JEE Mains ranks, and the cutoff ranks can vary each year based on various factors such as the total number of applicants, their performance, and the availability of seats. As an AI language model, I don't have access to the specific year's cutoff ranks for BIT Sindri. To determine your chances of admission to BIT Sindri based on your EWS rank of 71716 in JEE Mains, you need to refer to the previous year's cutoff ranks for the institute. You can check the official website of BIT Sindri or refer to the admission brochure to find the cutoff ranks for EWS category candidates.

Dear Student, it is very difficult to tell you the exact about your admission possibilities. With this percentile, the chances are very less to get a seat in NITs, IITs, GFTIs. You can go for the state level counselling. Else you should opt to drop a year.
