With AJEE Main rank of 49k in EWS category, you have a decent chance of getting admission in some of the IIITs for B.Tech. However, the availability of seats and cutoffs vary every year and across colleges, and the information about the same for the year 2022 is not available as of now. With AJEE Main rank of 61884 and OBC category rank of 18,000, you have a decent chance of getting admission in some of the NITs and IIITs for B.Tech in Biotechnology or related branches. However, the availability of seats and cutoffs vary every year and across colleges, and the information about the same for the year 2022 is not available as of now. Candidates can get the application form through online mode only. The JEE Advanced 2023 Application form has been issued from 30th April 2023. Authority has provided a week to complete the submission of application form as last date of submission of application form will be till 4th May 2023. Candidates have to pay additional fee for category and paper changes.

Based on your percentile of 94.2 in JEE Mains, you can get admission to Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU).
PDPU has a good placement record for CSE students. The average salary package offered to CSE students is around 7-8 LPA and the highest salary package offered is around 20 LPA.

Based on your JEE Mains AIR of 55657, you can get admission to some of the top engineering colleges in India accepting JEE Main score such as NIT, Jalandhar (Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology), Graphic Era University, Dehradun, IIESTS (Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology Shibpur), and Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad. Regarding your question about IIIT Kalyani in CSAB round, I am not sure.
