The number of questions per chapter in JEE Mains varies depending on the chapter and the section of the paper. It depends on your state of domicile and how much financial backing you have .
In state level colleges, you may get CSE with this percentile, with home state quota.
Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) , has decent govt colleges at Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur etc and it also gives admission on the basis of JEE Main. Here 15% seats are for outside candidates. Even 90 percentile in JEE main can fetch you a seat there.
Similarly admission to GGSIP University, Delhi, is by your JEE Main rank. Here there are 3 -4 decent colleges, USICT, MSIT, MAIT etc. Fee is much less, when compared to other private colleges. Your entire B Tech course fe

As I was AJEE aspirant and I got the same rank (about 32000) in my first attempt I think I am eligible to answer your question. As JEE 2020 results were declared I was broke completely. 2 years of sheer hardwork and dedication went in vain. I didn't even want to register for Josaa'20 as I knew it would fetch me nothing what I desired. So I made a decision about taking a drop as I neither wanted to get into a private college nor I could afford it is expenses. I dropped. JEE 2021

You are not eligible to apply for JEE as you are a commerce student. JEE Eligibility - You must have passed (10+2) in science stream with PCM as a main subject and with at least 5 subjects.
