JEE Main Result 2020: This year, the JEE cut-off percentile for general category candidates in the common rank list (CRL) is 90.3765335, up from 89.7548849 in 2019. The top 2,50,000 (2.5 Lacs) scorers in the JEE Main are eligible to write the JEE Advanced. Thanks.

In order to secure admission in NITs through JEE Main, the good score for the same can be around 80-90 percentile. At the same time, the candidates must feature among the top 15,000 - 20,000 ranks range to get admission. According to previous year trends, candidates who featured in 1 - 20,000 ranks made it to top NITs across the country. However, some NITs also closed ranks around 2,00,000 (mostly newer NITs).

At this rank, you will not be able to get any NIT, but you can go for LPU. As it is one of the private universities in terms of its placement and infrastructure. Teachers are highly qualified.

JEE Main Eligibility 2020 has been published by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It is the main exam conducting authority which organizes Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main). Hi, The cutoff varies branches wise and also category wise. As a general category for top branches like CSE, you require more than 270 to get admission in IIIT Hyderabad. You should score more than 220 marks to get into IIIT Hyderabad (other branches).

Although you are saying percentage what you mean must be percentile in JEE Mains. Considering that you are an SC candidate I feel you should get admission to one of the NIT's. However, whether you will get admission for computer sciences engineering or not I will depend on how those placed above you give their choices.
