You just need to pass in all the subjects of class 12th board exams. If you score 60%+ then it will be helpful for you at the time of placement. You just need a valid score (above 40%) to get admission in NITs for Bachelor of Architecture courses.

You cannot get a seat in any of the NITs with this rank, You might be eligible to take admission in some private institutes which accept JEE score. It will be very difficult for you to get admission in MIT School of Architecture-Pune with this score in JEE Mains. I would suggest you go for Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Architecture or DY Patil College of Architecture, Pune.
