The B.Tech ECE Engineering programme which ensures learning of basic concepts and relevant practices with a choice of specializations such as Communication systems, Signal Image processing, Embedded/VLSI design and Artificial intelligence to be successful entrepreneurs, do corporate jobs and higher studies. PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering:Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning)Quantitative Aptitude Skills. The salient feature of the ECE are:
1) Contemporary Curriculum:knowledge in the major areas of ECE such as Communication Systems, Signal Image Processing, Communication Networks, Embedded Systems, VLSI Design, Robotics and Control.
2) Industry Immersion: The programme incorporates multiple avenues like full-term/year industrial trainings, industrial projects and curriculum delivery through adjunct faculty from the corporate world addressing real-life situations.
3) Projects: The students get ample opportunities to work on real-life industrial projects in various courses, weekend clubs and ongoing department research projects.
4) Industrial Visits: Industry visits are an integral part of the programme duly facilitated through division of industry interface (DII) to witness industrial practices and possible up gradations.
5) State-of-the-Art Labs State-of-the-art labs such as Cadence, LabView, OptiSystem have been established through university programs. Centres of excellence have been established by eminent corporate. Almost 90% of students of ECE got placed in Reputed Companies like INFINEON (12 Lacs PER ANNUM), Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions (5 Lacs Per Annum), Bosch Home Appliances Group (5 Lacs per Annum), HPE (5 LPA), Trident Group (15 LPA), Think and Learn (9 LPA), Amazon, Wipro Alight Solutions, Sagacious IP, Cognizant, Cap-Gemini.
