No lateral entry is accepted in any college or a university in a BCA courses if you want to study BCA means from first year onwards you want to study.

Yes you can get lateral entry
You have to give the exam of NCHM as you want IHM and after the do the remaining process and you are done.

Above average of 50% marks in the Diploma result along with 83- 88 percentile of result in CET can be good to get admission at DY Patil College of Pharmacy, as a lateral entry.

The eligibility criteria of B.Sc. Computer Science of DPG Degree College - DPGDC -Gurugram is given below.
Eligibility B.Sc. (Computer Science): 10+2 with 45% marks in aggregate.
Compulsory Subjects: - English, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics
So from above 10+2 with Physics, Maths, CS and English is mandatory, So there is no lateral admission in B.Sc. CS for Diploma Holders.
