If you want to pursue Diploma courses that require Class 12 eligibility need not have any prior knowledge in the field of Cyber Law. But candidates who wish to pursue PG Diploma in Cyber Law courses are required to have some knowledge in the field of law. They must know the basics of Computer systems and the Internet.

Moreover, certain LLM programs require a deeper understanding of the Information Technology Act. They must have studied the IT Act at their graduation level.
