As such no official source provide info on the acceptance rate of MSc course at Carnegie but the applicants seeking to take admission to this university's course should have a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field to increase their chances fo selection as it can be assumed that it wont be a piece of cake.

NIT Nagaland considers the scores of IIT-JAM for admission to the MSc programme. Followed by IIT JAM, students have to go through the CCMN counselling for final seat allotment to the institute. In addition to the exam, students must also meet the minimum eligibility criteria set by the institute which is to have a bachelor’s degree, namely BSc (Hons) in Physics with first class or 6.5 CGPA for General and OBC candidates and 55% aggregate or 6.0 CGPA in 10 scale grading for SC and ST candidates.

The faculty teachers are knowledgeable and experienced. The curriculum is well-mannered and relatable, and the semester exams are conducted every 6 months.
