Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2025 process has concluded successfully. The Uttarakhand NEET stray round seat allotment result was declared on November 15, 2025, at hnbumu.ac.in. Students allotted seats in stray round for Uttarakhand NEET counselling 2025 needed to report by November 20, 2025. The Uttarakhand NEET stray vacancy round registration and choice filling was held from November 11 to 13, 2025.
It must be noted qualifying NEET 2025 is mandatory to participate in the counselling rounds. Both state quota seats and All India-Management quota seats will be filled through the counselling of Uttarakhand NEET 2025. The whole process of counselling for admission to MBBS/BDS courses offered by the Government/Private Medical/Dental colleges of Uttarakhand will be held in online mode. HNBUMU will conduct a total of three rounds of counselling including a mop-up round to fill 85% state quota and 100% private colleges seats. A total of 1150 MBBS seats and 300 BDS seats will be filled through Uttarakhand NEET 2025 counselling.

Uttarakhand NEET Counselling Process
Step 1: Register and pay counselling fee for Uttarakhand NEET 2025
Candidates who wish to participate in counselling of Uttarakhand NEET 2025 have to register on official portal of HNBUMU. This is a one-time process only. Those who register for first round do not need to register for second/mop-up round.

Pay Security Money
Candidate also has to deposit security money during registration process. Security money will be refunded to candidate in case of non-allotment of seat during counselling of Uttarakhand NEET.
Security money can be paid online using a credit card/debit card/net banking. Candidate must retain payment confirmation for future use.
After completion of this stage, candidates can log out of the registration window. He/she will have to wait for state merit list to complete ‘Step 4’ of the registration process.

Uttarakhand NEET 2025 State Merit List
HNBUMU will prepare a merit list of all candidates who have registered for counselling of Uttarakhand NEET 2025. State merit list will be uploaded online on official website of institute. List will be prepared based on marks and ranks obtained in NEET 2025.
Choice filling
Candidate can now proceed to fourth step of registration. He/she needs to login into registered account on official website of HNBUMU. Select from among the course/college options given, in decreasing order of preference. Check options carefully before submitting them.
Print registration page
After completing registration form, candidates need to print registration page and choices filled. This must be preserved until admission process is over.
Seat allotment list
HNBUMU will release result of Uttarakhand NEET 2025 in form of a seat allotment list. Seat allotment list will be prepared on basis of state merit list and choices filled by candidates. They will now have option to accept/reject seat allocated to them. Candidates who do not wish to continue wseat allotted to them can participate in second round of counselling.
Those who wish to continue with seat allocated to them need to report to respective institute for verification of the documents and confirmation of their admission. However, they can still opt for up-gradation and participate in the second round of Uttarakhand NEET counselling 2025.
