Yes it is feasible to pass the JEE Mains by preparing with MHT CET however more effort is required owing to changes in exam patterns and difficulty levels

Key differences:
MHT CET concentrates on application-based and straight formula-based questions whereas JEE Mains incorporates conceptual and challenging topics.
JEE Mains features higher level Mathematics and places a the strong emphasis on Physics ideas whereas MHT CET is primarily concerned with speed

Strengthen Concepts - Concentrate on NCERTs because both exams have a common syllabus.
