Both B.Sc. Nursing and B.Pharm are good healthcare related courses but they have different career paths. Your choice should depend on your interests long term career goals and job opportunities.Of  your 70 percentile in MHT CET  you may get admission to private or semi-government colleges for both courses. If you have a state quota you may also get a government seat in some colleges.

It might be tough to get a seat in top college in Maharashtra, but you can try for a college with low cut off. Additionally, you can try for a college which has their own exam or management Quota seats. Some colleges might also offer direct admission to the BCA course, for which you can research on the Shiksha website.

Yes, an "isolated maths" student can participate in the MHT CET counselling process, meaning if you took a separate maths exam and passed it, you are eligible to apply for engineering courses under the PCM stream in MHT CET, even if you primarily studied PCB in your 12th grade; just ensure you have the necessary maths marksheet available during the document verification stage.

Your scores from MHT CET at 81.389 create an uncertain situation regarding obtaining a seat at Cummins College's CS department in Pune.
