No, NEF Law College, Guwahati, selects students on the basis of its in-house entrance test. Thus, students interested in taking admission must register and apply for the exam. Moreover, this entrance examination is conducted in offline mode.

Gauhati University's LL.B. intake is based on the merit of the entrance exam and fulfilling all the eligibility criteria. Detailed cutoffs for 2024 have not been declared as yet as they differ each year according to the candidates and seats available.
