No, students can't get admission in NIT Surathkal BTech with KCET scores. The institute accepts admissions for BTech solely through JEE Main scores. Students have to then appear for the counselling process to get a seat.

NIT Surathkal BTech admissions are offered on an entrance basis. The institute accepts only those who clear the admission criteria given below:
Eligibility - Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics as mandatory subjects + Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subjects/ Biology as one of the subjects + a minimum of 75% aggregate (65% for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates)
Selection Process - JEE Mains + JoSAA/ CSAB

Students have to submit some documents for NIT Surathkal admissions and applications. Thhe list is as below:
- Admission order issued by Competent Authority.
- Original marks card of qualifying examinations (First to Final Year).
- Bachelor's Degree Certificate/Provisional Pass Certificate issued by the University
- Course completion certification from the college (if qualifying degree exam result are awaited)
- Original Score Card of valid CAT or MAT or CMAT.
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Certificate by employer ascertaining the duration of work experience.

NIT Surathkal eligibility has to be met for students to get admission in the institute. The eligibility is different depending on the course and category. The common eligibility is as below:
- NIT Surathkal UG eligibility - Class 12 with relevant subjects from a recognised board
- NIT Surathkal PG eligibility - UG degree in a relevant field from a recognised university
- NIT Surathkal PhD eligibility - PG degree from a recognised university

No, students can't get admission in NIT Surathkal without JEE scores. However, this is true for BTech admissions only. For the other courses, as long as students have valid scores of the accepted exams, such as GATE/ CAT/ IIT JAM, they are eligible.
