Yes, definitely you can open up your own lab after doing BMLT. Technology. But you need to have all lab licenses and a serious budget for same.

Firstly analyze budget as cost is too high for setup. Also, you need to take all required permissions and Lab licenses from recognised authorities. After taking all permission, you can set up your own laboratory after finding a suitable area for that where your lab can flourish most.

Yes, you can do BMLT without the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test exam. Because the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is not required for admission to BMLT courses. Most institutes in India admit students on the basis of the marks obtained in Class 12th.
