Given below is the eligibility and selection criteria for admission to the PhD programme at IIIT Una.

  • MTech in a relevant discipline with a good and consistent academic record.

OR

  • BTech with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 on a 10.0 point scale (GATE may be exempted for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree from Centrally Funded Technical Institute (CFTI)/ Government Funded Technical Institute (GFTI) with a minimum CGPA of 8.0).
  • Selected candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at IIIT Una for document verification and fee payment.

In order to take admission in PhD course at TNAU the student need to clear ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF exam. However, the candidates age should be atleast than 20 years. No relaxation is permitted concerning the minimum age limit.

Candidates with a master's degree (50% aggregate) and a valid IBSAT/GMAT/CAT/NMAT/UGC NET-JRF/CSIR NET-JRF/DBT-JRF/ GATE/ RAPT score are eligible for the PhD programme at IFHE Hyderabad. MPhil degree holders can also apply for admission.
