Given below is the eligibility and selection criteria for admission to the PhD programme at IIIT Una.
- MTech in a relevant discipline with a good and consistent academic record.
OR
- BTech with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 on a 10.0 point scale (GATE may be exempted for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree from Centrally Funded Technical Institute (CFTI)/ Government Funded Technical Institute (GFTI) with a minimum CGPA of 8.0).
- Selected candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at IIIT Una for document verification and fee payment.

To be eligible for admission to PhD at Annamalai University, a candidate shall have a valid PG or an equivalent degree. The degree must be in the relevant stream of study or specialisation. Additionally, a recognised university or organisation shall have awarded the degree. It is crucial that eligibility criteria are met by an applicant or else the application is treated as invalid. Candidates must have the relevant documents as well during form filling and admission confirmation for verification purposes.

To be considered for admission to the PhD programme at NIT Meghalaya, prospective students are required to fulfill certain eligibility criteria. Students must have minimum 55% in their MA/MSc/BTech/MTech or equivalent degree from a recognised university. Further, students must appear for the entrance exams of GATE or NET.

In order to take admission in PhD course at TNAU the student need to clear ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF exam. However, the candidates age should be atleast than 20 years. No relaxation is permitted concerning the minimum age limit.

Candidates with a master's degree (50% aggregate) and a valid IBSAT/GMAT/CAT/NMAT/UGC NET-JRF/CSIR NET-JRF/DBT-JRF/ GATE/ RAPT score are eligible for the PhD programme at IFHE Hyderabad. MPhil degree holders can also apply for admission.
