You have not shared your academic details. However, the eligibility criteria for PhD varies for every institute. The basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the PhD programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
*Your PhD interviewer needs to be sure that you are academically capable and can rise to the challenge.
All PhD interviews are different. You just need to be flexible when preparing and don't take anyone's advice as definite.

Be confident and sure of your abilities.

To get into IT industry, I may suggest you to pick M.C.A. Go for regular study if have studied Maths in class XII.
Without Maths, you can opt the following ways-
1. Pick Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications which will make you eligible for 2nd year M.C.A through lateral entry and simultaneously pursue DOEACC A Level.
2. Distance M.C.A with I.G.N.O.U as it allows you to clear Maths exam and then proceed with the master program.
Simultaneously, you can opt for industry relevant certifications which are designed basically to provide an extra edge to an individual by giving them an in-depth knowledge in a particular area of subject.

Admission process- Entrance Exam

There are numerous companies of the private sector that needs students of banking and finance. Apart from offering challenging jobs, the candidates will also be the recipients of lucrative salaries. As far as the designation is concerned, one can be posted as Credit Risk Management Analyst or Financial Research Analyst or Personal Financial Adviser or Portfolio Manager.
Even in Government sector, it is possible for you to get jobs as administrators, finance officers or accountants with the many departments of the Indian government. They can even get jobs beneath the HR ministry of Indian Government.

Yes, you may pursue PhD after completing M.Pharm.
* Eligibility Criteria : PhD Neuroscience
A candidate must possess at least one of the following qualifications,
from a university recognized by the University Grant Commission.
1. Candidate securing 55% throughout the academic carrier starting at 10th
grade will be considered.
2. Master's degree in any branch of Science such as Biology / Physics /
Chemistry / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Application / Pharmacy
/ Veterinary Science / Psychology or equivalent.
3. Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine or
equivalent.
4. Mater's degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine or equivalent.
5. Candidate appearing for the final year of qualifying examination are
eligible to apply.
Candidate who have qualified for JRF / UGC / ICMR / ICCSR / DBT –
JRF national or any other equivalent examination are exempted from
appearing for the entrance test. They should apply with the proof of qualification. They may be called for the interview subject to fulfilling the other requirements.
