The duration of Master of Food Science and Technology at RMIT is 2 years. The tuition fees is around AUD 44,160 for the 2026 semester (Around INR 25 lakh). Students are going to develop skills and knowledge in food processing and preservation; food safety, packaging, and labelling; chemical properties of food materials; and food product and process innovation.
