Your writing IELTS score isn't good so there's no chance of you getting admission, as you need at least 6 bands in each component and minimum 6.5 overall. Retake the exam then there's a chance.

Please contact the college directly to increase your admission chance and have a personal communication with them. Basis the grades you have you should get admissions but for deadlines, you have to contact them.
