Hi Dhanesh!
You can appear for SSC CGL exam only after graduation. So, anyway, it will take at least 3 years for you to become eligible for the exam. Here is the detailed information about the eligibility criteria:
1. For Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer, you should have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Desirable qualification- Chartered Accountant or cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics.

Hello,
UPSC is a Public Services Examination for the student who completed their Bachelor Course from any field. This exam is comprise of 3 steps Preliminary Paper, Mains Paper and interview. Preliminary exam is just a qualifying exam through which pass students are allowed to apply for Mains paper and final selection is done on the basis of marks obtained in Mains and interview.
