To check the slot availability, you can either visit "Pearson Vue" or, alternatively, log in to your "My PTE" account and proceed to book the test and reach the test centre location page, i.e. Pearson Vue.
There, on the test centre locator page, type your preferred city/location and next, from the available test centres, choose one as per your convenience and click on the calendar/date box on the right side of every test centre. The available PTE test slot will be highlighted.

The fee for booking a PTE slot in India is INR 18,900 in 2026 for the "PTE Academic" variant of the exam.
It must be noted that - while there are plenty of websites quoting that there is a late fee for those who happen to book the exam at the last minute, the truth is - there is no late fee.
