Yes, international students at Boston Uni are eligible for merit-based scholarships. Trustee and Presidential scholarships are a few merit-based scholarships for which students can apply. To avail the merit-based scholarships, the students are required as per the mentioned deadline. Academic performance, talent, creative, initiative, impact in the school or community.

Technically, there is no location abroad where you can study entirely for free. Still, Germany. France and many European countries offer cheap education.

To be considered a potential Syracuse student as an international student, you would require an irresistible student profile. For starters, your academic performance should be nice along with all the other achievements, which can help shine. For UG admissions, you should have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and for PG courses, it is 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

Other important factors are your English language proficiency scores, performance is entrance tests like SAT or ACT (optional), but you can choose to submit it. Higher scores here can increase the chances of selection.

Some countries like Germany free tution fees but you need to have some amount in your blocked account to spend and bear the cost of living. Probably the study abroad is not totally free but yes it is cheaper based on the country and city.
