To be considered a potential Syracuse student as an international student, you would require an irresistible student profile. For starters, your academic performance should be nice along with all the other achievements, which can help shine. For UG admissions, you should have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and for PG courses, it is 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Other important factors are your English language proficiency scores, performance is entrance tests like SAT or ACT (optional), but you can choose to submit it. Higher scores here can increase the chances of selection.

Some countries like Germany free tution fees but you need to have some amount in your blocked account to spend and bear the cost of living. Probably the study abroad is not totally free but yes it is cheaper based on the country and city.
