TSEdCET 2026: Normalisation of Question Paper

The TG EdCET exam is conducted in multiple sessions, and the difficulty level may vary slightly between them. To ensure fairness, the exam authority uses a normalization process that adjusts candidates' scores to a common scale. If a session is easier, marks may be adjusted slightly downward, while scores from a tougher session may be adjusted upward based on the overall performance of candidates.

Since the question papers are designed to have a similar difficulty level, these changes are usually minimal. Normalized scores ensure that all candidates are evaluated fairly, regardless of the session in which they appeared. This method is widely used in many competitive entrance exams across India.
