The Technical University of Munich (TUM) should not be chosen for an MBA programme for the following reasons:

1. Business-oriented education: With programs in business administration, tourism management, communication, international business, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, and digital business, EU Business School - Barcelona specializes in business-oriented education.Unlike TUM, a well-known public research institution in Germany with a strong emphasis on Science and technology, this is not the case.

Students who wants to do MS in FIM at TUM must submit the GMAT score to get admission. At least a GMAT score of 640 is needed if the students have obtained their undergraduate degree from India. Apart from a GMAT score, in order to apply to TUM, the applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics including Financial and Business Mathematics, Statistics or any other related field.

Yes, like other German universities, TUM has many restricted programs. These programs have a limited number of places which is often referred to as Numerus Clausus (NC) or restricted admission.

Yes, TUM offers programs and courses in both English and German medium. However, as compared to German courses, English-taught courses are quite less.

No, international applicants do not require to give any entrance exams for TUM. To get more information about the criteria students can check the admission eligibility criteria for UG and PG programs.

No, TU Munich is not free for international students. The university does not charge any tuition fee, however, international students are supposed to pay only a semester fee.

Admission to a doctorate at TUM requires a university degree completed with above-average results, an equivalent state exam, or a Master's examination at a university of Applied Science.

Results are considered to be above average if studies got completed with an average grade of 2.5 or at a minimum passed with a grade of 'good'.
