The University of Texas at Arlington is better university for MS in Computer Science than the University of Michigan because of low tuition fees. No, you can't study the University of Michigan MS in ECE programme in INR 50 L for two years. The UMich MS in ECE fees for first-year is around INR 50 L. Therefore, it is not possible to study at the university in the same budget. However, you can check for the University of Michigan scholarships if available for the program.
