Both Michigan State University and the University of Michigan are top-ranked universities in the USA for international students. But, students choose Michigan State University over University of Michigan because of low tuition fees. The Michigan State University cost vary between INR 12 L to 62 L while the University of Michigan fees vary between INR 28 L to INR 63 L. This clearly shows that MSU is a cheaper university then UM.
