- Passing certificate of the qualifying exam (either Class 12 and 10 or bachelor's/ master's degree as the case may be).
- Statement of marks at the qualifying examination and migration certificate (only for candidates passing Bachelor's/ Master's degree from other universities).
- Government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar card, passport, etc.)
- Entrance Exam Score Card (GATE, TS EAMCET, TS PGECET, etc.)
- Passport-size photograph of candidate
- Category Certificate (if required)
Students must also pay application fees and complete the course requireme

Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology and Research offers different PG courses such as MCA, MSc, MA, MBA, Doctor of Pharmacy and MTech. The college offers admission based on entrance exam score and personal interview. Students applying to these courses shoukd fulfil the minimum eligibility before applying.

Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology and Research offers various courses at UG, PG and PhD level. The college accepts different entrance exam score for different courses. Some of the entrance exam score accepted by the college are as below:
- V-SAT/EAMCET- BTech/BPharma/BSc Agriculture
- CAT/MAT/I-CET- MBA
- GATE/PGECET/VUGATE- MTech
- ICET- PG courses like MCA

Candidates who have not appeared in any entrance test should have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 55% marks. They will have to give a written test: same as I-CET. Students have to qualify in Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview for taking admission in MBA at Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology and Research.

The application process for Vignans Foundation for Science, Technology and Research is conducted online. Candidates can apply online on the official website of college. Fill the form for opted course. Students have to qualify the entrance exam for that particular course. they have to upload the documents. Pay the application fee to finalise the application process.

Candidates applying for MA English course at Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology and Research should have scored at least 60% (above 6.5 CGPA) aggregate marks in any Bachelor's Degree. tehy should have 60% in the subject English and qualified in written test and interview conducted by the University.

Candidates applying for MBA at Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology and Research should have doen graduation with atleast 55% aggregate score. Students have to be qualified in ICET / MAT Score above 500 / Min. 70 percentile in CAT (OR) 60% in B.Tech. Graduates who did not appear for any entrance test, have to give written test.
