According to a contributor on Shiksha, the VIVA Institute of Management & Research (VIVA IMR), Palghar, neither has on-campus hostel nor mess, therefore, no hostel mess food quality rated or assessed by the institution. The students instead create accommodations in nearby PGs or rented flats around Chandansar, and rely on eateries for meals, completely dependent on their choice of accommodation with regard to food quality.

At VIVA Institute of Management and Research, yes, there are a number of scholarships and this is mainly done by the government schemes. The Maharashtra State Benefits and Services (MahaDBT) portal offers scholarships and freeships to the reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/VJNT/SBC) students and the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). The University of Mumbai affiliation and AICTE approval of MMS is the main reason why it is a good option in VIVA Institute of Management and Research. The course lays stress on practical studies, allows choosing specialties (Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations, IT), and enjoys intense placement services.
