No you cannot get into XIME Kochi - Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship, MBA with 70% in XAT.
These are Entrance exam scores accepted in XIME Kochi - Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship for admission to MBA in 2022:
CAT - 90+
XAT - 40+
MAT - 400+
CMAT - 340+

So the minimum XAT Score required is 99.99% percentile.

XAT 2024 admit card download link was activated on December 26, 2023 and many students could download their hall tickets. However, a day later many candidates reported that they are unable to download their XAT admit card as the login window is inactive. At the same time, the official website xatonline.in says that XAT admit card download will start soon. There is no communication regarding the date or time of reopening of the XAT admit card 2024 download window. Those who could not download their XAT hall ticket must not worry as it will release much before January 7, 2024 (XAT exam day).

The VIT Business School accepts CAT, XAT, MAT, NMAT, GMAT, CMAT, and ATMA scores for admission to the MBA program.
The normal cutoffs for MBA Admission through XAT examination is range between 95-97 percentile. The sectional cutoffs of XAT is range betweeen 72-80 percentile.
