STEP 1: Karnataka University Application Process 2025
Karnataka University admission process starts with the application process. Candidates can download the application process from the university's official website. The duly filled application form has to be sent either through post or submitted in person at the concerned department at KUD. However, the application and entrance test fee will be paid online and candidates have to attach the pay slip along with the two copies of the online bank challan with the application form.
STEP 2: Selection Rounds
Admission to all the PG courses at Karnataka University is entrance-based. Candidates have to qualify for either university-level or state-level entrance exams such as PGCET for the selection of respective courses. The Karnataka University also offers UG courses through its affiliated colleges for which admissions are based on merit, taking into account the scores obtained in the last qualifying exam.
STEP 3: Merit List Release & Counseling
After the completion of all the selection rounds, candidates have to appear for the counselling process for the respective courses. Later on, the university will release the merit list in various rounds of the selected candidates. Students who find their names on the merit list need to pay a certain amount of fee to secure their seats.
