Abhilashi University provides BPharma to students who have passed Class 12 in the Science stream. At least 45% aggregate marks is a requirement, while SC/ST students require 40%. For lateral entry, a Diploma in Pharmacy from a PCI-approved college with 45% marks is required. Both options qualify students for admission in Abhilashi University BPharma.

Abhilashi University offers 60 seats for each of its BPharma programme. Students must complete the entire admission procedure to secure the BPharma seats. For BPharma seats at Abhilashi University must have twelve years of school education and a valid score in the Andhra University Common Entrance Test exams. 

Abhilashi University provides MSc in Zoology, Agriculture-Plant Pathology, and Agriculture-Entomology. All the programmes are two-year full-time with minimal seat intake. There are 30 seats for Zoology, 8 seats for Plant Pathology, and 8 seats for Entomology.
