I am highly disappointed with the college, its services, by few biased faculty, and also by infra

Placements: The placements salary go around 1-3 LPA depending on the companies that come to the college. The package mostly depends on individual knowledge and skill of the student, and at the time of interviews or G.D overall by holding a 3-year graduation degree, the college offers good placements for the students.

Infrastructure: On the basis of the design or building, It's like a school, and the campus is limited. The college does not have an outdoor park, Wi-Fi. AC in the classrooms. The canteen is like a shop, but I do find good taste in the food what they offer. The college does have libraries, a computer lab, and the book collection is quite well. The campus does have the neat hostel for the students. I faced several issues in the college like it does not have many extracurricular activities like other colleges have. The college does not have their ground where students can play. The college takes parking fees daily Rs 5 for a bike which feels like we are going to a market and the faculty is average.

Faculty: The faculty of the college is very helpful. In my branch, our HOD Mr Amarendra Tiwari and Mr Pawan Sharma played a vital role in our study, examination, and all which is well appreciated by the students. They apply various tactics to teach the student as they do have big experience as they are a good degree holder and worked in the market sector by which it is easy to guide the students. The course curriculum, i.e. MAM was useful as it helps to know the basics of management and helps on a daily basis. The students visited industry only one time in their course that was bad. Some faculty members are biased to the students who give them presents, celebrate their birthdays and all, but some of them are top class as 2 names are mentioned above.

Other: The college has Srijan which is the annual function in a year which last for two days. During the function, no celebrity ever visited the campus, and in a year they have fun fiesta which is fete in which the students put their stalls on. So, very limited number of activities are done in the college which leads to dissatisfaction.

Really helpful faculty, decent college.

Placements: Sales executive is the highest job role offered to my knowledge. 2-7 lacs is the package offered. There's no help in internship programme you got to find that for yourself. They offer personality development classes which helps to gain knowledge about interview. Rest everything is decent.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is okay. There's decent library, parking lot and computer room. They have spacious area in which programmes are conducted. Also, there's a canteen which have decent amount of snacks available if one forgets to get lunch.

Faculty: The faculty is helpful, they make process of learning quite easy. The curriculum is also relevant. Definitely the everyday debates and group discussion helps one to gain confidence. Which definitely helps individual in future. Also, faculty makes sure you're taking active participation.

Other: We've two to three fest each year.

Q: Is AKTU a good university?

AKTU is a state-level, public collegiate university. Formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), it is a University of National Importance, specially for the UG and PG courses offered in the field of Engineering and Science. AKTU is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Coming to the AKTU placements, the university has not released the placement report for the year 2023. However, as per media reports, 1,531 students were selected in TCS. A total of 318 students were placed with a package of INR 7.60 LPA in TCS Digital and rest 1,213 students were placed with a package of INR 3.60 LPA in TCS Ninja during AKTU placement 2023.

Q: Is CUET compulsory for AKTU admission?

Yes, candidates seeking admission to DR. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University undergraduate and postgraduate courses must have appeared for the CUET-UG and CUET-PG entrance exams, respectively. AKTU will not admit students who do not a valid CUET score. NTA usually releases CUET result in July. CUET UG Counselling is held and conducted separately by the participating institutes. CUET UG Counselling is usually held between Jul and Aug.

Q: What is the minimum eligibility required for AKTU admission?
