Yes, you can switch the branch from mechanical to CSE. If there is a seat available in for CSE branch and you should have a good score in the 1st year.

Sorry, you cannot get admission in IET, Lucknow. You can try in IERT-Allahabad, JSS-Noida, KIET, AKG or ABESEC.
But I will suggest you to go for the every round of counselling.

Sorry Deepika, you don't have any chance of getting IET Lucknow. Try for other colleges like KNIT Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi, IERT Allahabad, JSS Noida, AKGEC or ABESEC.

There is no chance for IET Lucknow. This college only accepts admissions through UPSEE. You can try in private colleges of UPTU. They will give you direct admission.
