Yes, Allahabad University offers a three-year full-time BCA programme in self-financed and general mode. This programme is spread over three years and six semesters. To be eligible for this course, students must have completed their Class 12 with Science or Commerce stream. In case the student has passed Class 12 from a recognised board other than the Science/ Commerce, they must have studied Mathematics/ Statistics/ IT/ CS/ Information Science as one of the subjects in their Class 12. Final selection to BCA, however, is subject to CUET UG exam conducted by NTA.
The hostel fees at the University of Allahabad may vary each year. According to the hostel rules book on the official website, the fee for a single-seated room is 300 per month.
