Good academics and library, but infrastructure and campus life need improvement.
Placements: Since I am a Mechanical Engineering student, around 60–70% of Mechanical Engineering students get placed. The highest package is around 18–21 LPA. The average is around 4–6 LPA. The lowest is about 3.6 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Hyundai, and Renault. Around 60–80% of students get internships. Roles such as Design Engineer, Software Engineer, System Engineer, and AutoCAD Designer are commonly offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not too bad and not too good. Labs are good. The classrooms don't have properly working fans. The library is the best for getting any books. We even have a digital library. I am a day scholar, so I don't know anything about the hostel facilities, but I have heard they are average. Canteen food is sometimes good and sometimes okay. Coming to sports, we have a big ground and also a gym.
Faculty: Compared to other colleges, teachers here explain everything very well. Not all, but some teachers do. They are knowledgeable, but they are not able to express themselves properly. This course curriculum does not make a student industry-ready. Not only here, but in most colleges. Semester exams are not particularly difficult. It depends upon you.
Other: This college doesn't have any fests or events. They only have freshers for each branch separately for two hours. There is also an annual day. It is enjoyable but not too much. There are other events, but all are related to either studies or social activities. The campus surroundings are pretty good.

Review of GVP College for Degree and PG Courses (A).
Placements: Infosys, Tata, and Miracle are some of the recruiting companies. Most roles offered on campus are trainee roles. The package ranges between 3.2 LPA and 9 LPA. A few percent of students get internships from our course. But the faculty and placement cell help students in getting internships outside.
Infrastructure: The college provides well-equipped labs. We can make good use of labs. There is also a centralized library. Each department has its own department library. Hostel facilities are good. The girls' hostel is inside the campus itself. The boys' hostel is 1 km away from the college.
Faculty: Most teachers are postgraduates and Ph.D. graduates. The teaching quality is also good. Faculty mostly teaches on blackboards and through PPTs. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. The difficulty level of the semesters is medium to high. The pass percentage is 92%.
Other: I chose CSE (AI & ML) because it is one of the most used technologies at present. There are not many things to improve, but some things need attention. Every year, the college conducts an Annual Day and sports events for the fest. You get to connect with seniors and industry experts. There are also student clubs that we can join. NCC and NSS are also available in the college. Fee reimbursement is given through the Andhra Pradesh EAPCET conducted by the state government. Extracurricular activities are also encouraged in the college.

Placements: 70 percent of students get placed in the Computer Science branch. The highest package, as per the official records, is 13.2 LPA. The lowest package is 2 LPA. The average package is 4.8 LPA. Among the top recruiting companies, 8 students get placed in Amazon. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, and Global Quest. Most of the students get placed in Global Quest in my college. In our college, only girl students have internship support. Over 4 students from CSE get internships from Amazon. Our college offers Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, EEE, ECE, Civil, and Mechanical Engineering. Our college also has Polytechnic facilities.
Infrastructure: Our college has good Wi-Fi in labs. All labs are digitalised with CCTV cameras and high-speed internet. Every class has projectors. Library is open from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In the library, we have free Wi-Fi.
Faculty: All faculty members have completed an M.Tech, but they do not have much knowledge and skills in the latest technology. They only teach the old curriculum and read the PPTs given by artificial intelligence. The skills are not very useful for the latest industries. So students themselves have to learn skills. The semester exams are too difficult, and only 60–63% of students pass. All teachers use PPTs and projectors for teaching.
Other: I chose the Computer Science course because it has a good future in the market and good placement support. I am very interested in coding, so I chose this course. I think choosing this course helps develop good logical skills and critical-thinking abilities. In our college, we do not have many events because of a fight in the college by the previous batch. We have only the Annual Day event. In our college, only girls have scholarship support. Our college has sports facilities and supports students more in sports activities.

Everything is good in overall.
Placements: Our college students got placements in TCS, nearly 270 members from the college. I don't know exactly how many members from my course. The package offered is 7 LPA. More members got TCS, I think. I don't know the count and some students went to IIT Hyderabad core side.
Infrastructure: Everything is good according to the college, as we have good facilities in each and every department. Hostel facilities are good too even though it is about cleaning, it's really excellent in maintenance. We also have sports facilities in our college, and permission in the hostel.
Faculty: The faculty is supportive, knowledgeable, understanding, and approachable. The teaching quality is excellent and they are approachable and caring. Every individual has their own mentor to share their difficulties regarding college, hostel, or personal.
Other: I am so interested in VLSI. I think the students do not have proper knowledge of the course and should improve.

Placement training has to be improved for students who cannot speak in group discussions.
Placements: Placement training needed to be improved for students who struggled to speak in group discussions. Regular mock GDs, communication activities, personal feedback, and confidence-building sessions could help them express their ideas clearly and participate effectively.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was satisfactory, but can be improved in terms of advanced technical facilities. Our college provided clean drinking water and well-maintained toilets, which were appreciable. Classrooms and basic facilities were satisfactory. We had modern computer labs, updated software, high-speed internet, and smart classrooms. Advanced equipment was provided.
Faculty: Some faculty members taught us very well. They explained the concepts clearly. But a few did not deliver the subject content accurately. The curriculum was useful but needed more industry-oriented updates. Exams were moderately difficult. Most students passed with proper preparation.
Other: The college staff were supportive and helped students effectively. The fee structure was high, and charges for unnecessary activities such as external certification and additional training were included. If they improve technical infrastructure, it would help students develop practical skills and prepare better for placements. Students should be allowed to choose if they want to participate and pay for the optional activities instead of being forced to pay for all of them.

Very good in placements and has a great faculty but needs some infrastructure upgrades.
Placements: Most of the top companies are coming for the campus drives and the college will provide specific training for each company. Almost 90 percent of students are placed in top companies for seniors. The placement organisation is very good at our college.
Infrastructure: Our college has a good library and it also contains a digital library. Every class has a Wi-Fi connection and labs are well maintained with new, upgraded systems. The quality of food in the mess is very great but it doesn't contain any non-vegetarian food items and for games and sports we have a very big ground.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in building our career. They have great knowledge about our course. The curriculum is also very good and it makes us ready for the industry. Semester exams are at a moderate level. Almost 90 percent of the students clear all the subjects.
