Yes, you can get admission here due to good marks in 12th class as well as some score in JEE Mains. Anna University admissions are done on the basis of merit as well as entrance exam scores depending on the course a candidate is applying for.

First of all, I would like to inform you that Anna University is a private university so there is no limit of seats in any branch so you can search and take admission.
